Positive: I booked two rooms at Jar Al Bait Hotel during my Umrah trip with my family, but the stay was very disappointing. The hotel is located toward the Jamarat area, where transportation is very limited and the surroundings feel dark and isolated. The rooms were in poor condition, with dirty walls, carpets and curtains, and the overall upkeep was very poor. There was no water available in the rooms or corridors, which was extremely inconvenient. There are also no proper restaurants nearby, only small supermarkets. This hotel does not match the comfort and standards expected for pilgrims and families. I would not recommend it.
