Positive: Room was clean and everything was new.

Negative: Its an under construction building. There was no TV in the room. Toilet had no toiletries and no place for toiletries if one buys himself. No towel stand nothing. Kitchenware included just one plate and a bowl and two cups. No spoon nothing. For door mat a white towel was being used.
