Summary: 4 stars mostly because it is close to the Haram. There is a uphill to walk to get there and it takes about 15 minutes but if you're in good physical health it shouldn't be too hard. The staff was kind and helpful. The room itself was pretty small, not very spacious but if you want to be close to the haram on a budget then this hotel is an option. There's lots of hotels closer to the masjid on the same street so you can check that out yourself in person, though rates may be slightly higher. The area was nice, lots of shops and food around, just take a walk and keep google maps with you. It is a loud and busy street but i didn't mind.
