Summary: The hotel itself was beautiful, the front desk was attentive when we called down for anything, at one point our key cards stopped working but it was rectified within 30 mins, they gave us water bottles whenever we requested it also. The bed was soft and the room was very spacious. Unfortunately, the problem came with the shuttle bus, so in order to save your legs, I would take the shuttle bus that the city offers to the Kudi/kuday bus park and then take an uber back to the hotel, we waited for over an hour for one of our shuttle buses to take us back to the hotel.
