Positive: Clean with all the facilities one should expect, best location I.e., close to Haram and walking distance to local markets where prices are so reasonable. But what I would like to highlight is the staff’s attitude and welcoming nature. What impressed me the most is I reached hotel 4Am in the morning without local currency, hotel paid taxi to ensure I go and rest. To cut it short, I did reserve it only for 4 nights to check if this works during my 10 days stay. I am a satisfied customer extended my stay till I am in the city. Hats up to Abdul Rahman and Yasir at the reception who are one of the best ones I ever met, great personalities, happy characters and doesn’t matter how many times you ask help they are just there.

Negative: The Wifi receptions in room were not too strong but they have booked the service provider to visit and work on it, hope this is getting sorted this week.

Summary: I was travelling with my two years old son and Ifeel it was worth it staying here, even my son was welcomed at reception
