Positive: Overall, a practical stay with great location advantages, though a few areas need attention. The room setup was workable but a bit tight for four beds. The beds themselves were comfortable, and the sheets were clean. Electrical fittings were new and reliable, with a functioning electric kettle and LED TV, which added convenience. However, the room wasn’t very spacious, so families should keep that in mind. The washroom was just acceptable. It was small, the shower separator wasn’t very tidy, and the fixtures were clearly old. Only soap and shampoo sachets were provided—no toothpaste or toothbrush. The towels looked clean but carried a slight smell, which could be improved. Storage space was sufficient, as the cupboard was in good condition. Common areas like the gallery and lobby were not very clean but still manageable. Where the hotel truly shines is the location and transport. The 24/7 dedicated shuttle service was a major plus—quick, reliable, and it drops you near the Birthplace of the Holy Prophet, leading directly to Bab us-Salam. Travel time to the Haram was very short, which made the stay much easier. Considering all the facilities, the price is very reasonable. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and washroom upgrades, this hotel can offer an even better experience. Overall, it was a decent stay and useful for those prioritizing location and shuttle access.
