Positive: Very clean. They were able to give us extra towels and pillows. They didn't come to service the apartment until we asked, so I am not sure housekeeping comes daily or only when you ask for it.

Negative: The first night there was quite a bit of music from the nearby restaurants but after that it was quiet. We had a problem with our shower not draining but maintenance was quick to fix it. There was an issue after check-in, I paid the amount from booking.com along with 15% VAT, and the next morning they said I had to pay an additional 300SAR. I asked them to clarify what the additional money was for and they weren't able to tell me, they kept saying "VAT" but I had already paid the VAT the previous day. After some back and forth, they admitted it was a mistake and we all laughed. The internet was quite weak and non-functional but we were at the end of the hallway, far from the reception. There was no coffee provided.
