Positive: Staff, facilities, location, cleanliness, hospitality all ticks checked .. One of the best in Dammam.. They accepted my upgrade request for a superior suite with terrace free of cost.. Much appreciated. Also they follow high safety standards..no delivery boys allowed inside..they pick each order at reception after confirming with guests and their staff drops it at the room. Even i ordered two hot chocolates but since they were late they charged me for one only as a kind gesture for the delay..

Negative: Internet speed is something they can optimise.

Summary: Value for money.. you will feel welcomed.
