Positive: I absolutely loved the elegance and exceptional atmosphere of the hotel. The décor is stunning, with a perfect blend of luxury and traditional Arabian style. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived. The suite was immaculate, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, offering complete privacy and tranquility after a long journey. Every detail—from the quality of the amenities to the service provided—reflected the highest standards of hospitality.

Negative: There was very little not to like. If anything, I would have appreciated a slightly faster response time for certain requests, but overall this did not significantly affect the quality of the stay.
