Positive: I had booked 2 apartments. I was provided one as per booking, one of the apartments was unfinished. I contacted them multiple times before my arrival about my location. They were professional in responding. so as per the booking i had 2 similar apartments but they offered me an under maintenance apartment. They gave me a 80 SAR discount on it although the owner was nice enough to message me that they will shift me but no replacement were given. No body called after that . No elevator . Although apartments are super comfy but these issues happen all the time during Eid holidays. 1 ROOM WAS AS PER THE BOOKING another once was NOT. the point here is that they should not provide a replacement after arrival. Secondly they should have an option to pay . The restroom was super small. To shower or shat was the question. Horrible. Nails sticking out of the door panels. I mean if u can't offer a safe accommodation don't offer at all. Just cancel the stay from your side. And giving a 80 SAR discount doesn't compensate for the discomfort. It's a quite neighbourhood. For one room 10 star.
