Summary: This hotel was built from the ruins of an 800 year-old house. It doesn’t have all of the amenities that are modern construction would, but it’s so incredibly charming. The staff are super competent, and the most charming thing was that none of the rooms have electric lights, but instead lit with dozens of candles. It’s an incredibly romantic place. I would definitely come back! I loved it so much.
